Order Process: Purchases Over $500
There are three steps to our order process:
1. Place Your Order
You can place your order online or by phone at 719-630-3236. After your order is received, we will prepare an invoice/contract and send it to your email as a PDF attachment.
2. Payment
We can send you an electronic invoice through PayPal. You can enter your credit or debit card information securely through PayPal and submit your payment. PayPal will notify you if there are any issues with the payment, and you will receive an electronic invoice by email.
3. Sign and Return Your Invoice
You will receive a contract by email. Please review the contract carefully, make sure all information is accurate, and correct any errors before returning it.
The contract provides a breakdown of your purchase and explains the warranty terms. You can return the signed contract by taking a clear photo with your cell phone and emailing it to info@toyotatruckengine.com. If you placed your order online, please watch your email for the PDF invoice/contract.
Methods of Payment
PayPal
PayPal is a secure online payment service. We can send you an electronic invoice, and you can enter your credit card or debit card information to complete payment.
For large purchases over $500, we send an electronic invoice even if you begin the order through our website. If you have questions or concerns about using PayPal, please contact us and we will help arrange payment.
Order Process: Purchases Under $500
Orders under $500 are usually processed immediately after they are received. Please make sure the phone number you provide is a good contact number in case we have questions about your order.
Our Engine Warranty
The standard warranty for all new and remanufactured engines is 3 years with unlimited mileage. This is a parts warranty.
For an additional $500, the warranty can be upgraded to 5 years with unlimited mileage. Labor warranty coverage may also be purchased at the time of sale for 30% of the labor coverage amount selected. For example, $300 would purchase $1,000 in labor coverage, and $600 would purchase $2,000 in labor coverage.
