This engine is sold on an exchange basis. A $500 refundable core deposit is included in the listed price.

Your core must be rebuildable (block, crankshaft, and cylinder heads) to qualify for a full core refund.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the core deposit refund.

Once installed, simply place your old engine back into the shipping container and contact us. We will provide return shipping paperwork and process your core refund promptly upon receipt.

Machining & Assembly

Each engine is machined and assembled using professional Sunnen equipment to ensure precise tolerances, proper sealing, and long-term durability.

• Block is cleaned, inspected, and magnafluxed for cracks
• Cylinders are precision bored and torque plate honed for proper ring seal
• Crankshaft is inspected, polished, and machined to proper specifications
