This engine is sold on an exchange basis. A $500 refundable core deposit is included in the listed price.

Core Deposit & Warranty Requirements

An engine core must be returned to activate the warranty.

Your core must include a usable engine block, crankshaft, and cylinder heads. Cores that are cracked, broken, or missing major components may not qualify for a full core refund.

If a core is not returned, or is deemed non-rebuildable, an additional $300 charge will apply.

Once your new engine is installed, place your old engine back into the shipping container and contact us. We will provide return shipping paperwork and process your core refund upon receipt and inspection.

Machining & Assembly

Each engine is machined and assembled using professional Sunnen equipment to ensure precise tolerances, proper sealing, and long-term durability.
